The foods on Everest Base Camp Trek are delicious and fresh sourced from Kathmandu or local villages. You can find varieties of food as it is a popular trail of the country. You can mainly enjoy 3 meals each day. There will be breakfast, lunch and dinner included if you choose the full package. Normally, you will eat breakfast and dinner in the same lodges and lunch at a teahouse in the daytime along the trail.
