Fly on the wings of Dragon to the international airport in Paro, Bhutan. On a clear day, the panoramic views of the Himalaya are sensational, including Mt. Everest (if you are flying from Delhi and Kathmandu), but particularly exciting is the approach through the Bhutanese foothills and the landing, including a few steps, turn to land at the tiny airstrip of Paro. On arrival in Paro, you will be received by the Heavenly Bhutan team by offering welcome scarfs and transferred to Thimphu by private vehicle. En route we will stop over TachogangLhakhang for taking a beautiful photo of a suspension bridge built over Paro River for the temple other-side. We will also stop over at Chuzom meeting point of two rivers, Thimphu and Paro, before emerging ourselves into the modern city of Bhutan-Thimphu. Depending on your arrival time, we can proceed with city sightseeing or relax in the hotel. In the evening, we will explore the city by walking or visit TashichhoDzong, which houses the throne room of His Majesty the King. Overnight in Thimphu, altitude 2334m.

Morning after our delicious breakfast, we will drive the pass by Memorial Chorten built in memory of the 3rd King. Visit Buddha’s viewpoint, ChangangkhaLhakhang, the oldest temple in the valley. Also, visit the Folk heritage and Textile Museum. Visit weekend market (Thu-Sun). Vegetable vendors from different pockets of the country come to sell their products. Further, we will witness ongoing live archery matches in Changlimithang. Visit SimtokhaDzong built by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal in the 17th century. Overnight in Thimphu.

After breakfast, drive to Punakha over the most beautiful Dochula Pass 3150m. Candle like 108 Druk Wangyal Chortens built over the pass gives an amazing photo stop. On a clear day, you can enjoy the spectacular view of the highest mountains of Bhutan at a sight that stretches almost 180 degrees. After the break, continue the scenic downhill drive. Visit Lamperi Botanical Garden that gives a wide knowledge of flora and fauna of Bhutan. Visit the most beautiful Punakha Dzong, showcase the finest example of the arts and crafts of Bhutan. Enjoy the walks on the suspension bridge over Male River, said to be the longest of its kind in Bhutan. Join the nuns for evening prayer at Sangchhen Dorji Lhundrup nunnery, which ends the day. Overnight in Punakha, altitude 1350m.

After our breakfast, retrace the drive back to Paro via Dochula and Thimphu. En route, we will take a hike to Chimi Lhakhang, the temple of fertility. In Paro, visit 17th century Paro Dzong and Ta Dzong unique national museum having a masterpiece of various collections. Visit 8th century Kyichu Lhakhang and enjoy outdoor activities wearing Gho/Kira, play archery at HBT outdoor center. The hike offers excellent views of the valley include tiny airport. Overnight in Paro, altitude 2200m.

After our breakfast, drive to the base of trekking point. From here you will hike to Taktsang Monastery or often called Tiger Nest Temple, which is built around a cave in which Guru Rimpoche (also known as Guru Padmasambhava) meditated. The eighth century old monastery is perched on a rock overlooking a sheer drop and clings impossibly to a cliff at 900m above the valley floor. Tiger Nest Temple is one of the must visit places around the world before we die. The hike is almost 2 hours, uphill at 30 to 40 degrees, inclined for an average trekker. however, it might take a full day for some, depending on your pace. First of half of the hike pulls up to the cafeteria feels never ending. However, from the half point because of the magical structure at your close sight, you are energized to push further. You actually feel very near. Push yourself a little further. You are at the feet of the Tiger Nest, filled with joys and happiness never like before. And on the way back, you can run down, it’s easy always. Overnight in Paro.

After breakfast, you will depart to the airport with lots of memory of this beautiful Bhutan and its warmth approached to you. Our guide will drop off you at the airport about 3 hours before your flight.

The Annapurna Base Camp trek is popular for its astonishing Himalayas range, diverse culture, and landscape, along with varieties of flora and fauna. Your trip journey begins on the first day in Kathmandu. Here you can go for a tour of UNESCO heritage sites that resemble Nepal’s rich history. The next day, you have an early morning flight (25 minutes) to Lake City, Pokhara. You drive 3 hours from Pokhara to reach Kimchi via Naya Pul. Your Annapurna trek officially starts from Kimchi.

The ABC trail goes alongside the paddy field, lush rhododendron forests, pine forests, waterfalls, and high-altitude landscapes. You will also visit Machhapuchhree Base Camp (Mt. Fishtail) on the way, adorned for its unique beauty by adventure lovers.

Annapurna Base Camp is at an altitude of 4095 meters/67,160 ft. The Annapurna Base Camp Trek is less intense than the Everest Base Camp Trek. From Kathmandu to Ghandruk - A Scenic Flight and Trek

After a delightful breakfast, you’ll embark on a 30-minute scenic flight to Pokhara, offering majestic views of the mountains along the way.

Upon landing, we’ll head to Kimchi, the starting point of the trek. Your ascent of 2 hours will lead you to Ghandruk, a charming Gurung community. If time permits, we’ll visit the Gurung museum to learn about the ethnic culture of Nepal.

Ghandruk to Chhomrong

  A Trek Through Himalayan Vistas Today, We start our trek with a walk through terraced fields, ascending to Kimrong Dada, where you can enjoy stunning Himalayan vistas. A comfortable descent will bring you to Bamboo village, a popular spot for trekkers.
